Refund Policy – Galagadi Tours and Safari
At Galagadi Tours and Safari, we aim to provide exceptional travel experiences in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments, deposits, and cancellations are handled.
1. Deposit Requirement
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your tour or safari experience.
This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to begin planning your itinerary.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour start date, as specified at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
3. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before the tour date: Refund of payments made, excluding the 10% deposit
- 15–30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of total booking amount (excluding deposit)
- Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued
4. No-Shows
Failure to arrive on the scheduled tour date without prior notice will be considered a no-show,
and no refund will be provided.
5. Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking dates or itinerary, subject to availability.
Price differences may apply. Changes requested close to the tour date may be treated as cancellations.
6. Cancellation by Galagadi Tours and Safari
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather,
safety concerns, or operational issues), you will be offered:
- A full refund, including your deposit
- OR the option to reschedule your tour
7. Third-Party Services
Some tours may include services provided by third parties (e.g., accommodations, transport providers).
Refunds for these services are subject to the policies of those providers.
8. Force Majeure
Galagadi Tours and Safari is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
Refunds in such cases will be considered at our discretion.
